Staff is off the hook for managing the coffee station!!
Our program is all-inclusive. We will install, fill, clean, maintain and service our machines. We keep them stocked with quality products and come to your location as often as required to keep everything sparkling clean and filled.

We also offer a service of ordering, storing and delivering coffee supplies such as cups and lids, stir sticks, sugar, cream, sweeteners and flavored syrup pumps at an extra charge.

Where possible, we use 100% organic, fair trade coffee beans packaged in recyclable or compostable containers.

All of the spent coffee grounds are collected and deposited at the Edmonton Composting Facility. According to the City of Edmonton's Waste Wise App, K-cups must be put in the garbage. If your organization is using K-cups in Edmonton, these plastic pods are piling up in our landfills. We will provide our new clients with ceramic mugs if they prefer not to use non-recyclable cups and lids.
Our machines are set to change to energy-saving mode if they have not been used for four hours.

How it Works
Our automated coffee machines grind 8 grams of medium dark coffee beans. Then a small amount of nearly boiling water is forced through the ground coffee creating a shot of espresso which has a thicker consistency than brewed coffee and has a foamy crema on top. Because of the pressurized brewing process, the espresso is more concentrated. Each cup of coffee beverage is built from this espresso shot which produces a great taste and aroma - all at the touch of a button.
Choices
All of our automated espresso machines dispense coffee, Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Hot Chocolate, Mochaccino and hot water for tea; however, our larger machines also dispense Decaffeinated coffee and French Vanilla for those who prefer a hot non-caffeinated beverage. Seasonal flavor options can include White Chocolate Caramel, Irish Cream, Chai Latte, Hazelnut, and others. Beverages can also be flavored using syrups from Monin or Torani to create drinks such as Peppermint Mochaccino at Christmas.

Our products are not gluten-free, but they are gluten-friendly. We use 100% powdered skim milk, powdered French Vanilla Capuccino and Hot Chocolate. Our coffee beans are a medium dark roast and certified fair trade and organic.
Our Model 125 offers eight beverage options, our Model 325 offers 12 options, and our largest machine, Model 525, offers 21 different options including decaffeinated coffee.
Pricing
Your organization can decide to pay for the coffee based on one of the pricing structures listed below, or we can work out the best method for you.

Volume (Sliding Scale)
Your organization pays a specific amount per cup until a predetermined number, and then the price decreases for the next number of cups.
​
Subscription
In this model the organization pays a fixed amount per month regardless of how much coffee is consumed. The monthly fee is calculated based on a trial run to determine the average monthly number of cups dispensed. The organization then agrees to a one-year agreement and is invoiced the same amount monthly for a year. This may be easier for planning and budgeting.
Our Story
Recaffeinate Coffee Co. is a small family business operating in the Greater Edmonton, Alberta area since 2022. We love the excitement that we bring to workplaces that can rescue their staff back to their important jobs and leave the coffee station to us.

When we tasted coffee made from JBC's imported automated espresso machines at the Edmonton Home and Garden show, we couldn't believe how close it was to coffee produced by baristas. We decided to purchase our first three machines and start Recaffeinate Coffee Co.
